Why we Charged A Slot Deposit

Dedicated Lane Slot Fee Payment

We require a $399 slot fee for our dedicated lanes, which can be paid through Zelle Transfer, Cash App, Wire Transfer, or Venmo. This fee is necessary to secure the pickup number for your load and to facilitate a smooth scheduling process. Once the truck driver completes the payment, they will receive the pickup number along with a refundable receipt from us. The slot fee is fully refundable upon the successful completion of the first delivery, providing you with both convenience and transparency for your shipments.

Why We Charge a Slot Fee:

We implement a slot fee to foster commitment and reliability from our carriers. In the past, we've encountered instances where carriers would book dedicated lanes and then suddenly back out, leaving us scrambling to find a replacement at the last minute. This can significantly disrupt the entire shipment process. By charging a slot fee, we can secure the carrier's commitment in advance, which allows us to plan more effectively and ensure smooth, on-time service. To maintain fairness and transparency, this fee is refundable upon the first delivery.
Government Contract Fee:
For government contracts, we require an upfront payment of $1,299 for a one-year agreement. This fee secures your contract and covers essential administrative and operational costs. Importantly, the fee is fully refundable upon the completion of the one-year term, offering peace of mind and demonstrating commitment from both parties. By making this upfront payment, we can streamline the process and ensure that we efficiently meet your government shipment needs.
